8. How long will it take to receive my GDPR Ready Pack?

9. I'm not comfortable paying online. Can I receive an invoice instead?

If your documents don't accurately reflect the information you've provided, or something that should be included within the agreed scope is missing, let us know within 14 days of delivery.

We'll review your concerns and put any genuine issues right at no additional cost.

If we're unable to resolve the issue, we'll refund you in full. If you haven't yet paid your invoice, we'll cancel it.

The guarantee covers issues with the accuracy, completeness or suitability of your documents against the agreed scope. It doesn't cover changes of mind, new requirements introduced after delivery or additional services outside the pack.

If a refund is issued, your licence to use the documents ends and you must stop using and delete them.
